How can we use these in class? (from Tuesday's brainstorm)

Current events, ex. weather reports of the country you are studying.

Listen to pop music from the countries students are studying.

Make you own Podcasts: entails having an ipod and italk=little microphone for ipod, click button and record, send from ipod to itunes. Computer microphones can also record mp3 file--make sure the microphone is quality. Student created podcasts, music to accompany. Be creative!

Use podcasts as enrichment for differentiated learning.

See if your school has loaner ipods. Talk with your AV department or library.

Write a grant to obtain mp3 players for your schools.
